"Hidden surprise tucked just above the amazing Chateau Boursault, Madame (Veuve) Clicquot's "retirement shack" overlooking the Marne Valley. The menu is an eclectic blend of classic French with World cuisine elements. The pleasant surprise is how sophisticated the chef's palate is, he makes these dishes work, and with beautiful plating presentations!"
